Stainless steel moulder with adjustable-weight roll from around 96 to 132 gr to produce from 100 to 125 gr mozzarella each with a diameter-height ratio as a compromise between the two formats.

The machinery enables to obtain any intermediate weight, from 96 to 132 gr. during the production and it allows to see the grammage setting on an on-board display.

Based on our past experience, the saving which can be obtained with respect to a fixed-weight moulder, can be quantified as 1 gr. per mozzarella, meaning 10 kg per hour.

The usage of AISI 306 stainless steel leads to important benefits, because it is not only long lasting, but also practical for C.I.P. cleaning, during which it is not necessary to remove the drum to achieve a complete sanitization of the system.

The lack of porosity of stainless steel, moreover, leads to a more valid product in terms of aesthetics.

Double-drum moulder in stainless steel with adjustable weight, designed for the moulding of any stretched curd product and the management of two drums with different formats.

This machinery enables to regulate the weight through handwheel on both rolls, minimizing the overweight and highly increasing the performance. Changing the format between the rolls with adjustable weight is practical and immediate, simply by rotating a lever.

The usage of AISI 306 stainless steel leads to important benefits, because it is not only long lasting, but also practical for C.I.P. cleaning, during which it is not necessary to remove the rolls to achieve a complete sanitization of the system.

Hourly production capacity up to 1.500 kg/h with 125 gr.

This model can also be engineered with a fixed weight double-roll in AISI 316 stainless steel.
