Mozza-Mixing Drum

Motorized mixing drum, to mix the diced and shredded cheese with added powders or in order to make a cheese mix.

The machine is provided with a variable-speed shaped rotator drum and with a product exit hopper fitted with inspection door. It can be assembled on wheels or on height adjustable feet.

  • Production capacity: 2.500 Kg/h;
  • AISI 304 Stainless steel material;
  • Special rotator drum construction with wide curvature radius for easy cleaning;
  • Support frame with wheels or on height adjustable feet;
  • Rotary movement of the drum, obtained using four rubber and motorized wheels;
  • Safety protections in sheet/net tec;
  • Drainage hopper and product conveying with safety sensor;
  • Geared-motors suitably carterized.

  • Powders feeder;
  • Loading belt for mixing drum;
  • Predisposition for the connection to the dust extraction unit (not of supplied by us).
